Established in 2023 to develop mineral opportunities
WHE Minerals & Resources Sdn. Bhd. (WHEMR) was incorporated in 2023 as the mineral-development company of the WHE Bina group. It is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, with a field office in Kuala Terengganu.
WHEMR’s work covers the early and middle stages of a mineral project: identifying prospective areas, running exploration and sampling programmes, evaluating the results, and preparing projects for approval and development.
Our current focus is tin, silica and quartz, alongside the evaluation of ion-adsorption clay opportunities for non-radioactive rare earth elements (NR-REE).

WHE Bina has held CIDB Grade G7 registration since 2009 and has delivered public- and private-sector works across buildings, slopes, drainage, coastal protection, water systems and infrastructure. Its clients include JKR Terengganu, the State Secretary of Terengganu and the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development.
